Cheng-You Ho

Hi, I’m Cheng-You Ho (何承祐), a Yale freshman from Taiwan interested in Physics, Computer Science, and Economics. Before college, I was fascinated by astrophysics, in particular star clusters and dark matter. At Yale, I stepped into the world of quantum computing, and I will work on quantum machine learning under Prof. Steven Girvin this summer. Besides physics, I’m also into climate tech, specifically carbon markets and startups sourcing with Yale Undergraduate Capital Partners.

In my free time, I enjoy ballroom dancing, playing spikeball & badminton, coding, and meeting new people. A while ago, I had also been passionate about content creation on YouTube & Instagram. If you want to find me late at night, come to the Ezra Stiles buttery, where you’ll find me busy making chicken quesadillas.
