The First Post

After submitting my college applications, I finally have some time to make my personal website look beautiful.

I used to write the entire website by myself with HTML, CSS, and JS. But it’s not only a LOT of work, but also doesn’t look as neat as I expected (perhaps I’m not a good web designer )

Took a while to figure out how Jekyll works and implementing the Al Folio theme. After some trial and error it shocked me how simple it is (I used to build it from scratch, after all). Now that the website looks perfect, all the effort is worth it!
